Jamie Gerhardt Parson, the Co-Founder and Vice President of Invision Technologies, is one of the leading forces behind the success of the company. The early growth of Invision is a reflection of Jamie and her noteworthy sales and marketing talents. Jamie's commitment to ensuring the company communicates well with its customers through marketing is a driving force in Invision's success. Jamie has recently returned back to work after taking some time off to take care of her newborn daughter Maddie, but is back and eager to run the government side of ITC.

Roger Gerhardt graduated from Central Washington University with degrees in both Accounting and Aviation. He is currently a 767 Captain with United Airlines. His proficiency in aeronautical and technical applications of video and audio equipment has helped Invision Technologies into the leading e-commerce business that it is today. Roger brings 35 of years experience in the varied fields of aviation, marine and business to Invision Technologies. His diverse background in business has helped him create a dominant addition of government sales to Invision Technologies.

Jason Parson, Senior Vice President, came to Invision Technologies in 2004 with over 18 years of experience in the field of electronics. He spent nine years working for Pioneer, where he managed accounts in 13 states. This experience has given him important contacts with numerous audio/visual manufacturers that are invaluable. Jason's vision for a retail store led him to the founding of Poulsbo AVI at www.poulsboavi.com. Jason's specialization lies in integration, where he focuses on every aspect of the home theater system. His indispensable knowledge of plasmas and LCDs will help pair each customer with the best technology that fits their needs. Jason's knowledge of the industry has been a major part in helping lead Invision to the multi-million dollar corporation it is today.

Patrick Gilbert is one of Invision Technologies most versatile employees. He is a sales associate, web site designer and one of Invision's best home theater installers. Patrick came to Invision in 2004 with an impressive background in electrical wiring. This experience has given him a vast amount of electrical knowledge, making him one of Invision's installation experts. His internet skills have made an impact on our website appearance and function and have greatly advanced our marketing opportunities. Patrick is currently a senior at Western Washington University and will soon graduate with his BA in Communications.

Deb Wheelon worked with Invision Technologies two years ago before moving to California. Deb has over 20 years of experience in customer relations. We were thrilled to find out that Deb was moving back to Poulsbo to resume her position in Customer Service. Deb's passion for working with people and constant dedication to customer satisfaction has helped better the customer service side of Invision Technologies significantly.

Alex Brazeau is the newest member of Invision Technologies, bringing with him more than 3 years of experience from working with Best Buy. His proficient knowledge of plasmas and LCDs has proven him to be a great addition to the Invision team. Alex's vast knowledge of the home theater process from purchase to installation, has made him "the go to guy" for equipment questions. Alex's years with Best Buy has helped him understand everything from the manufacturer’s perspective and relay it to satisfy every customer for Invision Technologies.

Quinn Mouser has been with Invision Technologies for over 2 years and has become one of our installation experts. Not only is he proficient in home theater systems but he has an overall knowledge of sales and purchasing. Regardless of the task, Quinn is always available and willing to assist where ever needed.

Dustin Keefe made the transition from East Coast to West Coast to become one of our primary installation experts. Dustin's educational background in security, AMX, and integration of home theater systems have been a great addition to our retail store Poulsbo AVI. The challenge of taking a system and making it come together is where Dustin has made himself invaluable to our corporation.
